Got too say the Raptor, I have 2 one FB and one FBL been great helis to own and fly, great learning machine as they can be so docile, and yet pretty agile for there weight as well, at least it was when Dave Fisher flew it last year, I loved watching that, Fbl one is being stripped down now though, as I just built a new G4, and that also looks a very nice model, wish you all the luck with whatever you decide to get............

flying both its a hard one
but the hirobo spares of late are easier to come by
the raptor rear gear set is out of stock very often, lets hope it was from the factory moving causing the supply problems with the spares and not tt running them down making way for the g4
just look whats happend to the 30 v1 spares

having crashed both the raptor has come out worst in a prang
but if any heli hits the floor at the wrong angle it will break

I'd be hard put to blame them for phasing out the V1 spares when there are V2 replacements that have been available for years now. If someone is still using a V1 clutch stack then it is time to change I think

Read somewhere TT are still going too support the older 90 model and come out with some upgrades for it, be nice if they made it so you could use the G4 FBL head on the old Raptor...............

very true but hirobo support there older models for a lot longer and the newer model parts are backwards compatable
