    I bought a set of carbon blades from Fast Lad and was gutted when I drove the 30mins out to our flying field only to find that the blades would not track. Now we all know there are dozens of reasons for blades not to track and so when I emailed them to not only ask to send them back but also to upgrade to a slightly more expensive pair I was not too optimistic. Well not only did they replace them without any questions but they upgraded them for free!!!

    Well chuffed and the new blades tracked perfectly.

      Got to love fast-lad! i have had an issue with a starter and a ESC programming card and they have always sorted me out!

              yep, Fastlad are first class! Its customer service like this that will always win over other stores. They are my supplier of choice.

                I've never been looked after so well by any shop and I've used a few so no guessing where around 90% of my cash goes !!. top lads fast service

                  I have to agree. I have bought quite a lot this year from them with no problems and excellent and speedy service. However, my son and myself took a trip to the shop to buy some items for us both. I sorted mine out with no problem. My son required a new piston ring for his OS 50. He got the only one left on the rack and went to pay along with several other items he required. STOP, you can't have the piston ring, it's been sold. WHAT T.F. ?????? My son nearly threw a wobbly until I calmed him down. I understand that the online and shop are run by different departments? But to take an hours journey specifically for the main desparately required item, the piston ring. Was a bit of an annoying episode.
                  Been there and done that, but never stop learning.
                  Now too many Helis to mention?

                    My own faith in their customer service has been recently restored, I won't go into details as it was too bizarre, but suffice it to say the problem was not of their making but it was still resolved promptly and efficiently with no fuss or messing around.
