just a little moan really

i ordered 2 6s lipo's for my 600e last friday and they still havent even been posted yet, 10 days and still not posted FFS come on

im usually patient because i know it takes a few weeks but all my other orders have been quick, if i knew it was going to be this long i would have got them from the uk

ahh well just a little moan, but dont think i will bother with them again.

just want my 600 in the air

Are they definitely in stock? I've waited almost 2 months for stuff to be sent because of 'out of stock'.

If you ordered other stuff on the same order that might be on back order they won't split the order

yeah they were definatly in stock when i ordered them, it said 10+ otherwise i wouldnt of bothered, im going to have a look now an see.

Hmmmm. See if it says paid or reserved on your order. HK can be funny. Did you pay with PayPal?

status says recieved, then 3 green ticks- says order has been printed in the warehouse and is being picked and on the main order form says reserved.

i paid with paypal, always do, i have sent a email so see what i get back.

went on the live chat and askes when it will be posted and they just said its been printed and is ready to be processed, i asked when it will be posted then and they said, it will be picked and processed and if there is a problem they will email.
UK only from now me thinks, it probable going to be another 3 weeks :-(

yeah i know, ive been building the 600 for 2-3 months now and the li-po's are all im waiting for, it was either 2 from HK or 1 from UK

soon, whats another month ha ha, my 450 is getting plenty of use anyway

This seems to be a **** up on their system. About 2 months back I ordered 2 6S which showed them 'in stock' (10+, actually). I waited for about 2 weeks and my account still said 'processing' - Now, to reduce suspicion with the UK customs, I also placed another order separately (mcpx batteries amongst other miscl items) and in the above mentioned 2 weeks waiting period, I received package no. 2

After this, I started pounding their customer services dept. everyday and they just told me 'they're looking into this' and that 'they have contacted their warehouse' and that 'their warehouse will be shipping this package out soon'! After about a week of eating their head(s), everyday, I finally get an email telling me that the battery ordered was NOT IN STOCK and it was their "system error".

They offered me two solutions:

A) Refund the amount completely back to me.

B) Credit my account with points (point equalant to a $)

I chose the latter and ordered another 6S pack - which again showed in stock (10+) and it was here at home in 5 days time. Ordered it from the HK warehouse too!

Well, bottom line is, these mess ups happen mate - don't worry you're cash is safe, rest assured. I understand the frustration it causes but hey ho, for their offering price, can't really complain now, can we!

well got a email this afternoon, finally been shipped

HK sent out a notice a couple of weeks back that things were going to take a bit longer to ship while they moved to a new warehouse.
