  • Really bad shaking/head wobble

Need a little help to find this problem on my mates 700 nitro, so here goes yesterday all of a sudden the heli was shaking really badly as soon as we took off, the heli is fbl with beast x and align standard servos, before the problem the heli was performing great doing hard 3d and then it just started with the problem. We have change main and feathering shaft and the problem is still there we have also change the beast x and try another brand new one and the problem was still there but it wasnt as bad but then the tail was kicking badly. We also tried new blades just to be sure and nothing has change i should also mention that the engine is a ys 91. so as u can see we have tried everything and nothing apart from the new beast x witch helps with the shaking, its more like a shake/head wobble if that makes sense lol so if any one has any idea to what is causing this problem that would be great.

I hope what i have write makes sense

remove the head completly and the tail blades and run the heli up to see if there are still vibrations, then remove the tail assembly and check again, should narrow down your search.

              Bad vibration..

Take the blades off, and slowly spool it up. Check the condition of the clutch.

You could also check the bearings in the clutch bearing block, I had the same problem and the bearings were shot. Replaced them and problem was sorted.
