Ideal Head speed for 500 FBL for sport flying ?

Guys and girls :-)

What is a ideal head speed for my 500 flybarless ? im still learning and a Crash is immanent as im starting to push myself. just general flying no 3d stuff. im running a 90% flat curve on the throttle it does wiz round at some pace, Its a FBL model with a beastx. what head speed would you suggest ? i need to get a tachometer too so i can actually set it.

Between 2600 and 2700 for sport flying. That equates to 90 or 100 flat curve, 1600Kv motor and 13T pinion.

Wouldn't worry too much about a tach.... just go fly. Set up for more aggressive when your flying warrants it.

Sorry to hijack but I'll be running 14T with the MX motor and CC ESC. what's the ideal gov'd headspeed for my setup? I'm doing sport flying with some 3D. I'm learning Tic Tocs at the minute so need it high I guess?

i run mine flat out but im throwing it around
85% is the lowest the govener will go and is ine for learning

I'm running a govern'd speed of 2400RPMs using a 12T pinion.

General circuits and sport style. Flies smooth and beautifully.
