    Hello all.
This could be my first post (not sure, already appeared to have registered in 2005 heh) but yes.
I come in search of knowlage.
I have heard roumers that a couple of people have been running 8900 servos on 720 gyros at 5.8 volts on regulated systems without much trouble.
Now i just need to find some of them heh.

I recently upgraded from my 5.1 duralite to a 5.8 align 2in1 and although it feels nicer with the 9451's (been waiting to do it for a while heh) it's thrown me completely out and the past few weeks i just havnt been very co-ordiated on my flying :S

Hopefully i will pick up again soon.

Just trying to figure out if i need to get a step down for this servo

    Best regards

    -Jvr

Ps, i couldnt find an *Electronics* area, hope i'm not being to blond here

Although JR say it's a 4.8V, Helikraft say 4.8V to 6.0V. All Servos will take up to 5.6v as most newly charged RX packs are at that voltage anyway.

I'm running the Fromeco Arizona Reg which steps down to 5.0V for the gyro servo.

Personally I would step down if you can.
