AAAAAArrrrrrrrrrrggggggggggg
Just spent 45 mins trying to figure out what's wrong. Everything checking out, stick move right, slider moves left. In rate and HH mode. Then move the tail right, slider moves left. Mirrors what I've got on the TT360 exactly. Spent ages double, triple, quadruple checking.
Then as I looked at both helis sat right next to each other about to go bang my head against a brick wall I see it... TT360, tail slider links to the leading edge of the blade grips. 600esp tail slider links to the trailing edge of the grips. I've only gone and put the grips in backwards, thus giving the exact opposite pitchPete

IMO the best method is to look at leading edge of tail blade. Nose left - blade right. Left rudder - blade right. Tail always goes in leading edge direction., so when you fly the nose (as 99.999% of people), rudder left - leading edge right. Same with correction direction of the gyro. Rotate heli left - leading edge goes right.
It won't be proportional on the bench, btw.
Don't even look at the slider or gripsMichal

Damn it. Got time to sit down and replace the TT gear tonight. Only to now find the tail shaft is also bent. I couldn't tell before as the tail didn't turn smoothly. So now I have to get hold of a tail shaft. Will see if the local hobby shop has them, but I doubt it as they only ever stock rubbish.Pete

Do you think this was bent prior to the incident Pete?Field of Doom Flight Club - Founding Member, regular contributor!

When I took the gears out only the top umbrella gear was damaged, the one on the TT end is perfect with no sign of damage at all, which makes me think that gear was probably a bit week, otherwise I'd have expected damage to both.Field of Doom Flight Club - Founding Member, regular contributor!

I would be very surprised that incident bent the shaft as I've had worse with my 450 and not bent the tail shaft.
Will see if the local shop has one, if not another order to FL probably.Pete
