Warping can happen if they are left in a very hot place for a long time and then moved to a cool place (like in the car then into the shade at the field) as the heat can soften the resin, it normaly cause's them to sag and twist more than anything. So, don't leave your heli in the car for too long in the sun, take it out and fly it
-I don't crash, I just land with enthusiasm.

A couple of 600n's with stuff on them that makes them fly..
A 550 fbl with even more stuff on it to make it fly
And a Mars 470 which needs stuff putting on it to make it fly

    And a DX8 too

I had the blades for about a month but they had only been out twice due to the poor weather The heli never stays in the car when I get to the field

Its the only way, in fact I am gonna tell the missies that if i don't fly the blades will warp, and that will cost another £40 or so

and your bearings will seize thats another few quid.

not to mention the engine getting gunked up and all the bolts rusting.
          All the best
          Tony.

See here - I've posted my experience of these blades from my flying session this evening in this other thread.

The TT blades occasionally have problems with the weights in the blades becoming 'unglued' and shifting. This causes vibration.

These blades haven't had a single flight from brand new. I've not managed to get the heli off the ground without the flapping out-of-track situation. Changed them over for the other ones, and no probs.

Definately a manufacturing fault in my opinion.

I heard that the quality in TT blades has dropped slightly maybe you have a set that are slightly unbalanced not only in weight but CG. Never looked back since going Radix for me.....every baby from the Synergy to the Mini Titan are Radix and now the Knight 3D. I do believe though that another brand of carbon blades are soon to hit the market at a very reasonable prices.
                  Cheers

Same here. Every flight since I bought mine was not right. Hoping to get a pair of Radix b4 the weekend

I had heard that the TT blades were made by BBT or SAB (not sure) until recently and now they are made by someone else. Maybe made down to a price and not up to a quality.
I don't think I'll be going to TT anymore. I had a go on the Radix last weekend and liked them. I was told with Radix that it doesn't matter whether you pick a set up from the top of the pile, the middle or the bottom, they will all but the same (except for Nutz's blades earlier ).

Stuart: A new good value blade coming out?? Can you say any more?
                    Cheers, Lee.

TT blades were made by BBT, but there has been a parting of ways

Come on then. Tell. Could do with a hack set of 620mm blades for the Evo.
Just as long as you don't need to start up the concrete mixer to balance the blighters, that's OK with me. I once put a set of Align T-Rex wood blades on the balancer and just consigned them straight to epoxy stirring duties. Didn't even bother to break them first.

I'm led to understand a brand in the market is going to release a new range with the same quality in build but they are less intensive to produce so less expensive to us all. I have no idea of when but I hope sooner rather than later .
                            Cheers

The blades ive been buying Im sure are TT copies. not actually TT themselves.

Ive not had any problems with the blades, well apart from smashing them
                              All the best
