Hi Guy's thanks for all the supportive comments..

Yep it was an exceptionally busy weekend with our Grand Opening on saturday and our online sale. All of our priority service shipments left on Monday as normal. We had a small number of first class deliveries and first clas recorded that didnt quite make the cut. Hence the message change. Its not a new thing we do it normally after a bank holiday or exceptionally busy weekend. We do it to actually raise the service level to our customers. I for one would rather be informed that there was a possible delay to the shipment of an order rather than recieve a message saying it had shipped when there was a chance it hadn't.

@Mark_T yep you spotted the punctuation error.. I think Jamie was still hungover after his weekend lol..

@Gareth71 . I think you missed some details out of your post. Your order was placed on Monday the 13th of June after our 3pm order cut off time. While most days we still ship well after 3pm this was a very busy Monday and not much left after that. You selected 1st class as your shipping method. The goods were shipped to you on the 14th and it would appear that your order was never recieved. A refund was made inside our terms and conditions for first class shipment. The part in question has also been out of stock since shortly after the time of your order. If it had been available then we would have most likely shipped you one and asked you to return the other if it ever showed up. You were informed of this everytime you called. As a former RC Heli shop owner you know that this can happen when using royal mail. Its far from a guaranteed service these days.

With respect to the new shop. I am really pleased to say we are 100% up to speed now and our time from order to dispatch has actually fallen slightly. Mostly due to a better layout, more space in the packing area and another member of staff supporting dispatch. :-)

Still one of the fastest shipers of goods to my house out of the hundreds of orders i have made with them

NEVER had a phone call to say an item i have ordered was out of stock even though it showed as 'in stock'....had it happen with 2 other shops and one having a call 3 or 4 times now.

back in the day where you had to actually get off your ass and drive to shop 100 miles away only to find they dont have stock are gone,im happy to wait 3 days if i had to,rather than go through that palava
