Sweet flying Nick - glad you got it sorted, hopefully a fast (class 6 or above) card will help reduce some of the dropped frames - but its a lot better already.
I'm looking forward to getting mine so that we can compare notes!

I've put in a class 10 card and I have to say, for the money this is damn good value. (tbh, I think it does need a class 6 card at a minimum to get rid of "lost frames" but class 6 and 10 cards are now cheap as chips.)
Yeah its a bit fiddly, and the instructions suck, but look past that and it's actually a good camera. Add to it that you can frig it to do FPV (has av out) and record at the same time, and it delivers HD 720 and it has a menu system to change some parameters and it comes with a composite video lead and it has a usb lead ----- all for $35 (approx £21) - Jesus H -I really don't know how they do it for the money.
I will stick on my Bixler plank soon and get some vids. It isn't a Go Pro, but hey, it's at least 10 times cheaper --- so for messing about and general recording, it offers a great cheap alternative and it's a head and shoulders above the keychain camera.

Sorry to resurrect an old thread...my HK Wing camera arrived the other day...I got a 8GB Class 6 micro-sd which seems to suit it quite nicely. Haven't uploaded any videos online just yet, but have been testing it taped to the top of my motorbike helmet with some blu-tack underneath which has given a really stable, vibe free picture.
It's much better than my 808 keychain cam.
By way of test, over the weekend, I'll put the two cameras on my 600 on top of each other and try to post a split-screen video to give a hopefully decent comparison. It won't involve any extreme flying, just a comparison of the two (ie 8 quid keychain vs 25 quid HK "Wing" cam).
