Hi Phil. UPS is 2 days best so far for me.. forget the weekends though..Same goes for Parcel Force. Its run as a seperate entity to RM and generally pretty rubbish here.

When I talk about RM its letters i'm refering to. They handle packets up to the sizes I quoted above and RM gets you Saturday service.

Special Delivery I use mostly as its fully tracked and kept seperate to ordinary mail and given priority above all other mail in event of poor weather/delays etc

I sell a lot of stuff on ebay, all posted Royal Mail, and to be honest they don't seem too bad although it is a bit complicated. The only problem I have is that I haven't lost a single parcel sent from my small local post office. However, of the few that I have sent from the big post office in town at least 5% have gone missing! That seems to me that someone is nicking them down there.
