Electric Turbines

Anyone ever tried one of these? Is it just an electric motor with "Turbine" written on it?

I think it just refers to the inbuilt cooling fan

It's a Hacker motor with in built "turbine" cooling fan Hacker Heli Motors 600mm 650mm
