I dont with my Dx7, but since getting my Futaba 12FG, the TH is on the left, and there is only a small gap between the TH and the flight mode switch. I have started using a neck strap till I get use to the feel of the new switch layout.

I don't use a neck strap but I do hold the radio a bit weird, I put my thumbs on top of the sticks and my finger round the front. This gives me the fine control for hovering but allows me to use full travel if I need it. So I guess it's a kind of combination of both. There is at least one other person that flys the exact same in our club

I tried both full pinch and thumbs and don't like either .

I bought one, I used it once. I bent over, got a bit of slack in the strap and when I straightened up again one of the switches on my Txmitter got pulled across. Can't remember which one but I did notice it and changed it back before power-up. Never used the neck-strap again. Anyone want a used-once neck-strap?
