Soldering on a balance connector...

Bought an RC Car LiFe pack (hardcase), but it doesnt have the balance lead required for a Cellpro.

This is the battery below, in the middle is a seperate connection (has 'B' on the case)



Anyone able to show how I can solder on a balance connector?

EDIT: Just found a pic of the balance connector, looks simple enough.

I take its a 2S

if so...

black goed to the most negitive (call that pin 1 copy it from another battery) connect the middle to pin 2 and the + to pin 5 thats for a cellpor connection

Am I going to need a 5 pin plug for the balance lead, was hoping to salvage a 4 pin one from a 3s pack.

You can use an xh 4 pin from an olde pack... keep the pin next to the negitive and bin the one next to the positive... then use an adaptor board...
