I did not realise it did not include VAT, I asked how much they were and it should have been quite obvious I'm not a business therefore the price should have included VAT but then saying that, it might be how they do things over there??

Shipping obviously yes and why paypal fee's? if the money is in your paypal account you dont get charged, he does as a business but that his charge not ours and if he wants to also charge the fee's to the customer then thats bollox!!
