  • HK Buddy Codes

Does anyone already have established Hobby King Buddy Codes?

I just noticed that you can get significant discount (somewhere near 20%) by using the codes, but in my ignorance I have no idea how to use them or how to set them up.

If there is a way to have some kind of central location for these then perhaps we could all save a few squids??

    Cheers,
    Simon

I must admit that I've been wasting more than a few opportunities to pass on this discount.
I've left out the codes for the really small stuff otherwise the list would be interminable.

its a great idea this BUT you've just to hope that someone wants to buy the same things as you do around the same time as you do.. which is going to be very doubtful i think... saying that im very tempted at the Adjustable torque screw driver set now ive seen it lol...

AFAIUI Buddy Codes don't require a group to buy together like a Swarm deal does. One person buys, get's code, passes code on, 2nd person buys get's discount, buyer one gets store credit for next purchase.

            Got my Torque Driver today.
Set about calibrating the un-numbered vernier scale (micrometer style).
Lowest torque it's snapped at at is 0.6Nm.
Now that 's twice the recommended 0.3Nm torque for the 2mm bolts we use on our helis but it feels like less than I've been using up to now.
More fun to be had calibrating the rest of the scale.
