I clicked on the good old Union flag and got English... so do you mean the other two languages are swapped?

the license agreement on the installation screen relates to version 1.04a not c. nothing major but thought it might be of interest, especially as its a legal thing

going to reinstall and take a screen shot might be my computer though noticed it last night whilst at work, ill put it down to working nights/tired but reinstalled it today and noticed it again

Mine says english under the german flag and visa versa,
If i select the english flag i get german as it says in the text under the flag

ive taken some screen shots but cant upload them to the galleries as its in word format, if anyone wants a copy PM for a copy.
Ive also sent them to phoenix support as well

I traced my graphics issues to the sunglare and nightglow (or whatever they are actually called) settings.
If I have these on the model movement becomes jerky.
No problem with everything else maxed out.
Even with resolution turned right down and things like antialias turned off it still goes jerky with the sun and night on.
Must be some shortcoming of my particular graphics card.
