  • Trex 450 sport rebuild

After my very first proper "in" a couple of weeks ago with the sport I decided to get my finger out and get it fixed back up again. After spending £40 on parts+new fusuno canopy for it I started the rebuild.
Everything was going well until tonight, everything back together fine except for the electrics. The first two servo's back in fine, then I noticed the third servo is not moving at all when I move the servo arm, jammed!!. Opened up the hitec 65mg's and some of the gears are missing a couple of teeth! I should have checked to see if the servo was okay at the field after the crash, doh!.

So I have took the gears out and I have some spare gears from a 65 after a failure last year. Problem is I aint a clue which order the gears go, and how they arrange themselves in the servo?!.
And what is the point of MG's? if they strip just like plastic ones?!
Any ideas on the order of replacing the gears, a link or instructions of some sort?

    advice much appreciated

if you have a full set of gears lay them out off the servo and you can work out how they go
failing that, take the top off another servo any copy how the gears go inside it
