Hats off to everyone who has posted on this thread for showing that this type of behavour is just not on!

I guess we all have our own views and my initial post probably didn't help, so my bad on that one. I know the guy though, he's one of my flying buddies and he told me after the fact that he'd posted up here. Sure, he's not the most loqaucious type but I can tell you for a fact he is not trying to bypass any rules or con anyone. He is genuinely wanting advice on what kind of price to advertise these on bmfa or ebay. He asked me but to be honest I wasn't sure what he should be advertising them for. Ebay is a little easier as people will bid what they think it's worth but BMFA can be really hit and miss. I've seen a 450 SE V2 advertised for £400. Lol. I've told him that you lot can take a while to warm to but a good crowd and he is a stand up guy and one of my good mates.
