Pretty much the same as me,but a tick tock(especially really quick) is probably the most demanding thing you can do with a heli so may be worth setting the limit to 130?

I have inhibited mine and im getting used to hearing any lean sounds asap.

Sounds like yours is faulty then because mine is at least giving consistent reasons which come out pretty close to my cheapo IR temp gun (possibly a bit higher but it depends exactly where you point the temp gun).

You need a replacement sensor then because mine is very close to what I'm seeing in the engine.

As sacko says I find the best way is to tune your engine as normal, by vision / power / and smoke and use the telemetry as a warning to land ASAP and check things out that could normally toast your engine.

Has already saved me £100 when the check valve became stuck.

If you scratch the heatshrink on the sensor trying to push it inbetween fins it can give dodgy readings,i've seen 537 lol

Easy to replace the heatshrink by disconecting one terminal at the plug, they are like servo tabs.

We found that on both mine and Sacko's YS91sr's, that the telemetry data tends to read about 35 degrees F high compared to 2 different IR guns (which were both reading that same within half a degree).

The only true way to use this feature is to tune the engine as you normally would, then read of the temps on the screen, see what it says as a maximum, then set your alarm 10-20 degrees above this. The numbers seem to be semi irrelevant, its the fact that it can warn you if it goes above your alarm level thats useful.
