  • First forced auto.

    Got away with it today, was about 40 foot up and the engine cut, thought it was going in, but i did not panick let it come done with a bit of negative then stuck the positve in, landed with a little bump checked it over, fired it up and of we go again, really felt good,
    I love this hobby,

      No it started straight away, i did richen it up two clicks before i went back up, then flew great for the rest of the day.
      i had put new bearings in the motor a couple of days ago and this was the first flight since. so i don't really know.

          Nice work, had to add 2 clicks to both of mine this week, they were a little bit lean - Warmer weather probably to blame.

            Interesting. Winter cold air requires the engine to be set richer than normal, so if anything, having set the engine for Winter, this warmer weather would make your engine too rich. You'd actually need to lean it out rather than richen it.
