Grease / oil / what ?

Hi All
Just changing my dampers on my trex 500. Haven't any of the original grease left so asking advise on a quality grease which isn't to expensive to use ? Obviously must be rubber friendly and not liquid due to being forced out of the grips at spool up !

This is the stuff I use but it ain't cheap Halfords | Finish Line Sythetic Bike Grease 100g

Or have a look on Fast lad or Midland, they both have a good selection of greases, generally teflon based.

I went to halfords and got some of the bikehut teflon bike grease its cheaper than the finish line by about 4 quid and more in the tube plus its a funky red colour so u can see it
