TT shaft bearings

Has anyone fitted extra bearings in the tail shaft, and if so was there any noticable differance,
Was thinking about putting an extra one in the velo 90 tail. what do you think good idea or what.

I think Alex and Kel have done theirs.. so you'll have to wait for those responses.. I aint on mine but I think i recall Alex saying it did reduce some vibes but not sure how much

Seems a good idea on that size heli but at what position is it best to fit the bearings #---------------{}-------{}---------------@ I'm thinking this would be best option.

Just like with a single bearing: at irregular distances to prevent a harmonic

Fitted an extra bearing on my 700 tail shaft Derrick but noticed no difference at all.

Guys.. the Velo 90 already has two TT bearings.. derrick was referring to fitting a third one

Tbh.. I've always fitted an extra bearing compared to the manual.. Started with the 609 chasing some vibes and it just continued.. Just the Velo to go but after I sort the other things out on it first

Fitted one to my 500, made a noticeable difference.

Unsure if that is because the TT had a very slight bend in it (was new) previously though.

I had some tail bounce on Raptor 90, fitted extra tail shaft bearing which really made a difference.
