    Advice needed on bad internet buy

    Hi,
    I have just started flying again now that spring is here, thought i'd start off with a few little planes.
    so the story

    Friday i ordered a micro 4site at 4.30pm-ish.
    At around 5.30pm-ish i ordered a pz micro sukhoi 26xp.

    Now next thing i know is that the shop calls me on saturday and says that one of the payments for the order did'nt go through, they had tried a few times to re-autherize this order but my bank did'nt have the funds so they could'nt carry it out.

    I then straight away checked my bank as i knew there was enough in for 2 planes, there was 2x £56.49 missing from my account.

    I then emailed the shop and they replied that they did'nt get payment from this order and that it was on me to find out whatever.

    So i could'nt actually do anything till today, today is the day that the purchases fully show on my account, now that they was showing the debit visa people from my bank could give me a 100% assurence that that 2x£56.49 has been beited from my account and then they gave me the autherization numbers for both transactions.

    Now i have gave the numbers to the shop and they still state they only got 1 paypent ect and that's that.

    I am really annoyed as the shop so far has shown no custermer service towards me and now my bank states they have £56.49 of my money and they are not willing to do anything about it, it's like they think i'm trying to scam them.
    So so unhappy from this well used shop that i bet many many people on here order off.
    if interest is shown i will name and shame the shop.

    Can anybody please advise me on what todo?

    Dear Mr Buckler,
    Only charge was on the Friday 25th for £56.49, which was kit plus carriage. The only other attempted charges were on the 26th March for the second model of £49.99, none of these attempts were authorised.

      Phone up creditcard company and report it the payment they say they didn't get as fradulant.

        Hi, i only have a standard visa debit card so have no insurence ect to claim the money back.
        Or
        Would my bank investigate and get in touch with there bank ect?

          Yes they will investigate for you as they are basically taking your money. Just tell them the 2nd payment was not authorised but the 1st payment was. I've had to do this with my bank and got all my money back from a scammer before.

            Hi, thanks for your reply, i notice ypou said a scammer, but the fact is i think this shop is well established among the model community, i just want what i paid for from them, i do'nt want the money back.

              Phone call or trip to see bank will sort this out. You sign a form and usually they investigate pretty quick. I had thsi once and they even gave me the money back whilst they investigated. Mine was a Visa Debit with Lloyds TSB

                This is all sorted now.
                After having maybe 3 emails from the shop that was'nt helpfull is when i decided to come here for advice.
                They have now found the payment and have sent the second item and refunded postage for both items, this made me ill, i hate it when things like this happen as my mind is'nt that strong lol, the offer of the refund makes me happier allthough i have been in a stress all day.

                I suppose we can close this now, thanks everybody for your info.

                We have been through all the ‘hardcopy’ payment dockets for Friday, and widened our search to check every card payment made on that day and have found a second charge. We can only apologise and have started an internal enquiry to find out how this has happened. Your second model is being sent to you and a refund on all postage costs is being made to your card.

                      No it was'nt, from what i hear i'd of been lucky for a reply email from them allthough i have ordered from there with no problems a few times.
