    Well with some help from some of you guys, and a home made set of trainer legs, and the tx of set up tomorrow, i shall maiden my rexie 500

    Just incase i have added some pics so you can see it as it is already for take off, just hope it looks the same after my maiden flight.

    if you see something wrong that needs doing in the pics please let me know NOW lol tomorrow will maybe to late lol

    The only problem I can see with the training gear is that it may be easily tipped backwards. Its not that clear from the pics. I bought some and the legs sit at 90 deg to each other.

    I maidened my HK500/Trex500 hybrid on Sunday and flew backwards into the ground due to gusting wind. I am going to make a "stinger" out of a wire coat hanger to fasten to the tail to stop it happening again - stripped the tail drive gear on the torque tube

    Good luck with the maiden. The 500 is a nice stable machine

      thanks for the heads up Ian, you could be right, i to will make a coathanger frame for the tail end before i fly rexie tomoz
