A massive thanks to xygax
Almost a year ago I had a crash with my 700 and part of the damage was it pulled the plug / socket off the end of the Futaba 520 gyro brand new at the time.
Thinking this would be an easy repair I sent it to Ripmax who told me the gyro was un-repairable.
I asked why as it was just a plug that needed replacing.... "Oh no sir we don't repair those"
Chuck it in the bin I was told.... Useless buggers.
I then sent it to Model Radio Workshop who kept it almost 9 months before I had to email them to get it returned again un-repaired as they didnt have a wiring diagram.
Useless buggers.
Last week I thought Steve (xygax) might want to have a play around and see what he could make of it, I actually told him if he could repair it then keep it for his own use, If he couldnt repair it then bin it.
Sent it last Thursday and got it back fully repaired on Monday this week free of charge.
Mate you are one great bloke and I thank you very much.
When we next meet I owe you.
