Got this morning,just fitted it and now the seems the pitch has changed.Just turned the swash plate up by three turns on each ball and now,WOW, loads of power.
Check you have zero pitch at centre stick....

I've emailed Horizon about the damaged replacement, I've also asked about the spares as I have a set of the blade grips as spares and I asked if they were replacing those too. Will post up what they say.

My 2 arrived in the USA today as well, no danger of damage in transit as they packed them into a 6" square cardboard box

Mine were bent too ... had to give them a tweek!
