looks better build quality than dx6 in terms of switches and trims.
with a 6ch rx too, so not bad at all in terms of pricing.

    looks good.

Its not bad i think £150 ish but its not the same modulation as the 7 or multi channel teh rx's are specific for that raido you cant use a R617 or similar

Looks good, but I'd still rather my 10C or an 8FG for example. I just like having lots of channels

It's ideal for planks and small electric copters.

Totally agree! but for anything larger than a 450, i would much rather the 8FG

larger than a 450? so it wouldn't be okay for a 500 or 600 leccy?

If you're thinking of a new Tx Simon, get the 8FG. It's not a whole lot more but the jump is quite substantial.
I can thoroughly recommend it, its amazing!

I had mine on Ebay 2nd Hand and it's like new!

No doubt it would work because I used to fly a 50 size heli with the older 6ex, but after swapping it for a 8 channel transmitter I would feel much happier flying a heli with a transmitter with a few more channels, and something that has a more detailed screen that shows me what settings are being changed and how its effecting the heli. That's just my opinion though.
