so Trev im very interested in flybarless as it looks clean, if i went out and bought it would i be able to get it flying better and sharper than it dose atm without neading a course in programing >?
I reckon it looks like a bodge job myself,,,should be designed as such from the outset
Hey Chris, we agree at last!
I'm working on some parts that are designed for the job, will be going direct link soon but need some modifications done to the blade grips first.

You wouldn't need a course in programming and I am always available to help. What you would need is an understanding of what each parameter does to the feel of the model as there are a lot to change and all have very different effects. Also you would need to know what you are looking for in terms of how you want it to fly.
Something you will have to consider is that any change to the head, headspeed, servos and blades will affect how it feels quite dramatically which means altering the parameters after changes.
My verdict on the system at the moment is that it is better than a flybarred system as it removes all the deviant tendancies of a flybarred head and is more accurate but still not reached 100% of it's potential yet. Now that the masters is over I will be putting in some crazy settings and seeing what it can really do.
