stupid PSU question

Got my new charger and psu today, silly question is what voltage should the psu be running at?

It has 13.8v on the lcd display (200w fusion)

its a 13.8v power supply that will supply 15amps if you multiply them together you get your 200watts well just over just the correct amount to power the 4 x50watt charger

What size you charging 3s 6s mah size?

3 cell at 2200, 6 cell from 2650 up to 3000

For 6s with a 4 x 50w charger, if my maths are right max charge current will be just less than 2A, a fully charged 6s will be 25.2V, so 50 watts divided by 25.2V is around 1.9A

3s will be up to 3.9A, and 50watts divided by 12.6V is 3.9A

there off all at 1a, the psu is showing 3.0a on the display (another blonde question) what is this for?

Don't think you can supply the 6s at 1c on a 4 x 50w charger, see what others say though, not that capacity anyhoo

just going to use the quad 4 for all my 3 cell and a turnigy for the 6 cell as can charge up to 5a via mains

it can charge a 6s pack at a max of 2.3amps and no more so if your charging 2650mah it will take about 1 hour 20-30 and a 3000mah about 1hour 30-50 mins but hey you can do 4 at once

That's top news, so for my 3 cells (28 of them) I can increase to 2 amps no probs?

Kel, how come its 2.3A, I always thought you had to work it from the end voltage, so the fully charged voltage, thats why I worked it on 4.2v per cell, not 3.7v, not having a go or anything, just curious as to why

Dude The only reason I know is because it was my charger and that's what it used to max charge my old 500 6s packs at LOL

Lee what packs are you charging and what is their max c rating for charging ???????????????? If unsure charge at 1c and for 2200mah batts that's 2.2 amps :0)
