Hi All,

After trying to resolve this with the seller.

I have been given no choice than to bring this to the attention of you all.

I bought a Trex 450 sport from lynx back last year around late August time.

I had been away until November,so when i came back i checked the heli quickly to see if it was there as i was back for a few weeks.I then decided i would set it up on my return in the new year.So i arrived back on saturday and started last night.

Thats when i found that the ESC is not align and that i have been conned...It also doesnt work...So i feel that im out of pocket...I have tried to resolve this but the answer i get is the time has passed.

The ad said it was stock.

And it got me thinking....

Anyway i had no choice but to do this.I feel the door has been slammed in my face.No resolve just flat too late..sorry.

I sold two batteries on here about 2 months ago and the buyer wasnt happy after 1 month so i refunded.I believe that if anyone on here is not happy with a product we should endeavour to help.

I helped by putting the monies into his pocket for a product that i believed to be true....Wrong!

This community is all about...helping each other..not the other way.

Let's break this down a little shall we:

He buys heli 6 months ago. Decides now that he will use it and thinks ESC is not genuine (unfounded).

1. ESC is genuine.

2. 6 months is an excessive amount of time for any buyer to expect a refund or replacement for a 2nd hand item

For a minute I thought about giving you something towards a new esc but then I thought, what would I do? The answer is, check the heli over thoroughly upon reciept of it an any issues that I was not happy about I would bring to the sellers attention in a timely manner. Not in 6 months time accuse him of being a liar, cheat on an open forum.

What next, in another 6 months if the motor gives out will you ask me again to "sort it out"?

You're unrealistic and unreasonable.

Sorry this has gotten into an open forum, some people just astound me.

Why did you not deal with it in November when you were filing the frames to fit the gyro ?

I have every right to use the heli when ever i choose.

Secondly there is no sticker on the top (why i ask??)..why does is say assan on the negative wire battery side then?

I believe people have a right to fairness..and i dont think your being fair at all..Just dam right nah...too long.

I never asked for a replacement..I was actually going to see if we could sort this out...and come to a resolve..Not just one side saying no..How would you feel if this had happened to you??...

The time frame is an excuse...People make excuses of why they don't want to do something...

I bought the heli in good faith expecting stock items...and this i not what i got...

How am i unreasonable?,By asking you to help sort this out..

I have dealt with a lot of members here..

I would be happy to send it to someone to get it checked out..

All i really wanted is maybe half towards a new one...And i would have been happy..

Dude its a T-rex 450 get an ESC off ebay or giantcod for £9.99 delivered!

I just checked the align esc from my 450 pro, it says assan on the negative lead, that's a genuine align esc from the combo deal.

Have to agree with Rich - Just checked my unopened kit I have had lying around for a while, and it's the same.

hi joe there is a few esc's about mate if you want me to check it out i will mate no problem
but after 6 months is a long time to start this thread im sure things can be sorted hear
i know you both and i would buy from both of you

As I said in my previous post on your other thread about this Joe, align will use wires from different manufacturers, it'll be from whoever is giving them them best price, just like do, as a sparky, choose whichever cable is the cheapest, I also said in your previous thread that cables codes are longer than the length of wire on an esc, and because yours says one thing, and someone elves says another, i feel is no reason to call them a liar mate, when I was unsure of an esc I posted a picture up why dont you do the same mate, oh nd mine turned out to be align esc, even though it had no label on it

Three days after receiving the goods, yes. Five months later, no.
Don't know if you still want to do business with me
But I'd be reluctant to trade with somebody, who places me under "name and shame" long after I have forgotten what this was all about.

This is ridiculous, you can't expect to resolve problems after this amount of time.
If there was a genuine problem then you should have talked and resolved it in days not waiting months.

Also PM is the place to talk of grievances not on open forums.
