BEWARE!! BMFA Site Threat

Google is showing this threat warning for The BMFA website.

This site may harm your computer.

The classifieds appear to be clear but not the main site.

Not that I spend a lot of time there mind you.

BMFA are aware of this apparently (as of yesterday).

And the Reason is....

British Model Flying Association - the body responsible for model flying in the UK contains content from aa5s.co.cc, a site known to distribute malware.

This sort of thing happens from time to time to all sorts of sites.

Often it is through a vulnerability on the hosting platform rather than the site itself and once it is cleared up it can take a little while to get the warnings removed.

I'm sure they'll get it fixed soon.

Don't need google Stu, my virus guard went potty and shut Chrome down.

Why they have left it running is beyond me !
