Is it only the upper set of blades that are getting broken? The only way the flybar could do this is if the mounting is rotating. Are the blades breaking in the middle or at the root? Just trying to establish if the problem is mechanical or some structual failure in the blade.

The flybar should be nowhere near the blades (it should be at 90 degrees). Are you sure nothing is loose allowing the flybar to rotate in flight??

hey guys, no nothing is lose.just checked the top blades as the tips break off. the bottom blades seem to have black marks on them. like the flybar rubbers are hitting them. they do hit and break in flite. only thing i can see really is the blades seem to have a lot of flex in them..could it be because i give it too mutch throttle to go up when its comming down. cheers for your help peeps.

Can you adjust the tightness of the blades ??. I'm just wondering if the blade are too loose, and are rotating in flight and causing the blades to go out of track. They shouldn't be enough flex in the blade to allow them to bend up and hit the flybar.
            Cheers,
