When the Vbar is on it, you need to change the servo horns.

The balls have to goo on the outside of the horns, otherwise they ball links hit the servo case.

The rods are then at an angle, and quite close to the frames, ill stick a pick up later on.

also i have noticed that there is quite a lot of flex on the upper part of the frames there it would also be a good idea to use a support to strengthen it up abit

Good point. Maybe you could take a smaller amount off each end instead?
