Kev, pm me your address and I'll send you a full pack of it. I've persevered with it but it's just too fragile, found it prone to splitting in the tank and having the clunk come off. But, your more than welcome to put your trust in it

you need to cut it with a very sharp knife and leave no ragged edges or it will split. Also its worth doubling up the tubing with a small piece of hayes where it meets the clunk/nipple

Done in various ways, also use the same method for securing clunk whether hayes or not. Still not reliable IMO.

Never had any split or fall of etc.

Cut it a tiny bit shorter though as it does expand, and dont worry when it turns your fuel black for the first sew tanks

What's up with a bit of silicon fuel tubing and a clunk weight?! Never had any issues with clunks, ever! (until next time I fly no doubt!)

I have used Hayes in my Raptor for 14 months (ish) and it's still as good as the day I fitted it. Agree you need to cut it with a super sharp scalpel, and soak it in fuel for 24 to 48hrs prior to fitting. I would not reccomend using short lengths of the hayes to make additional securing rings at the ends though as I had two of these split and cause a forced auto on my Trex600's maiden due to blocking the clunk. If you want to add security use short lengths of silicon tubing rings over the Hayes instead
