Zoom400 Rotor head O-rings... help!

Hi guys

I was flying my Zoom400 (which has Blinktrading CNC head mechanics/tail) last night and the rotor head started shaking violently. It looks like one of the O-rings inside the head has split, and jumped over the bush.

I removed the blade grip screws, and attempted the pull the blade grips apart, but they seem well stuck on the through shaft. Is this normal?

Can anyone advise on replacing this pesky O-ring?

I had this on my trex sonix head - your head is probably sonix too but slightly different.
In the end of the feathering spindle probably there are tapped holes and screws and some loctite from them has got between the inner bearing race and the spindle.
Its a case of prizing them apart, pulling them apart. Put some rods through the blade grip holes so you can get a good grip and pull the two blade grips apart. downside is probably you will indent the bearings raceways and need new bearings in the grips after.
you may also be able to put the screw in the end of the feathering spindle loose, perhaps a longer screw and lever something between the end of the screw and something through the blade grip hole.
So arm yourself with new bearings for the blade grips as well as new damper o rings.
