Thumbs or pinch how do u fly

just wanted to know how u guys and ladies fly as in with ur thumbs or do u pinch, for me i use my thumbs tried to go pinch but find it a bit hard

I would fly pinch but can't decide which fingers to use...just too many choices <sigh>....so I just use two left thumbs...
