Not having that much experience I think I'd have gone with a Phoenixtech Flasher 450 sport and a DX6i personally. Would cost a bit more though.Pete

I offered him my Blade before it sold and he turned it down as I was keeping my tx but he has spent more on this copterx look a like than what he would of spent with me and a 2nd hand tx lol, he's very head strong and wouldnt listen and bought the first 'complete' kit he found so im gonna let him run with it, he did say that if he cant fly it he will get a 500 so im gonna let him do that too then when he bins it get it for spares lolNik.

Just been on FL website and went to Align 450 parts and the SE isnt listed, is it known by another name or discontinued etc?
I wanna be able to check it out for him when it arrives as he don't have a clue, apart from the stamped swash and main shafts is there any sure fire way I can make sure he has a genuine Align? I can see this being a challenge given the amount of spares and ease of clone upgradesNik.

my experience with Align started about a week back when I bought my 500, whats a 450 se v1 worth these days new and 2nd hand if possible, he still thinks he got a bargain and I keep trying to tell him he got scammed but he just wont listen so if he sees it on here then it might get through to himNik.

You can't buy them new but 2nd hand I would say £100 depending on the gear in it! Btw thats a 35mhz tx which is not ideal for small electrics, he will have major issues with interference with it
