UPS Courier A Positive Note !!!!

This is a short note to say that despite being as dodgy as most other couriers "UPS" have come good for once today!

I parcelled up a Spares Carry Case a fellow member purchased from me several weeks ago, I got it ready and asked a colleague who was using the booking system at the time to make me a UPS Transit label for my package.

Now I normally obtain the tracking number and forward this to the buyer but on this occasion I did forget and so it left that day enroute for London.

Two week later the buyer emailed to say he hadent received the item

That threw me so I checked through our records and came to the conclusion the clown I had asked to make the docket hadent and the package had left without payment details!

As a long shot I asked our regular collection driver to see if he could see it anywhere back at the depot

Well today the buyer emailed to say it had arrived with no UPS labels attached just the address details I had attached two week or so back.

I should add that I refunded the buyer as soon as I realised what had happened and to his credit he re-refunded the money back to me today when it turned up

So Thank you UPS, Thank you Jamin_00 (Ben) and Rob you still deserve that kick I gave you up the rear!!!!

Crazy huh?

I completely forgot about it till what? Thursday was it? then all of a sudden out of the blue this huge box arrives for me today

If I had known you were coming to London that day I could have prob met you and saved all this

Many thanks dude and I had to give credit to UPS today as for the first time ever they delivered a parcel to me on time
