What the hell???

Was meant to get a parcel from parcel force on saturday but they couldn't find my house,just checked tracking and it says this

What i don't understand is that if they couldn't find my house in south london at 12:02 how was it in milton keynes 28mins later at 12:30?!?
And it say's collected from post office??

Damn i can't wait to ring them in the morning!!!

I had one of those tracking histories with my first HK order.
Missus went to the local PO on the off chance and there it was.
Just as well really, HK had got the house number wrong and the mail man had tried to deliver it across the road.

If you read it starts at the bottom and works upwards, this way the 'latest' info is always at the top, says it was collected at PO as the postie would of had it sent back to depot so this would/should be a van driver, as for the arriving in MK 28 mins later, that is awesome, why can't they deliver my packages that quick?

Edit: I just looked on Google maps and its only 50 or so miles from Central London to Milton Keynes so the 28 mins is a possibility (I can do Grimsby to Doncaster North Servs. in less than half hour and thats 50 or so miles) however given the traffic in that area it is unlikely.

Yeah but im south london nearer guildford than central london,just confused me how it got bk up to milton keynes so quiclky when the driver would of had more than just my drop to do.

08442096102 then i went to track parcel,you have to speak your tracking number then after that it asks if you want to hear again or another service,just say another service and i got put straight through.

this has happened to me twice on a sataurday with parceforce.
the first time i called them on the sat morning and said about my parcel and they said exactly the same thing that they could'nt find my house and i said its funny how they found it on the wednesday. so i said i will collect it myself.
the second time was the same the driver could'nt find my house and has returned it to the depot but this time it was back by 10:45. so again i said i will come and collect it then the guy said they cant find it as it will be on the van still. then i said well i payed for sataurday delivery so i will be collecting the parcel today no matter what.
basically if you live a certain distance from the depot they dont even send it out on a sataurday. so you pay for the service and they dont deliver which means they make money for nothing and we do nothing about getting a refund. and the F**KERS say they are losing money.
