What the difference between the 1400kv,1600kv and 1900kv motors for the 500??and will i notice a difference between them?

1900kv is for 5s.
1400kv is more powerful than the 1600kv. I run the 1400, but the 1600 is a good upgrade for 6s

I believe it is also it is telling you how many revolutions per volt it is going to make.
6 Cell lipo approx 24V
1600kv x 24 = 38400 rpm at motor (unloaded)__________________

If you're looking at how powerful a motor is, look at it's Watt rating. Is does typically follow that the lower the KV of a motor the higher the Watt rating.SteveComment
