Dynatron starter shafts?

Can anyone recommend a starter shaft to replace the cup fitted to the dynatron?
Is it a case of pick the one you like or does it need to be a certain size for the dynatrons shaft?

I fitted my k and s starter wand to my dynatron last night. All I done was drill a hole in the shaft for the nut and bolt and used the plastic insert to take up the play.

i used to have a K&S starter shaft, but it soon give up. if i was you tony i'd get the sullivan starter shaft, thats the one i now use.

Yeh my k and s was on the expensive side. Only had one problem which was the one way slipping but was easily sorted

I have the Sullivan shaft, got it from ReadyHeli for £40 and it's awesome. Like many things in this hobby, the choice is buy cheap or buy once.

The only starter shafts worth getting are the Sullivan and the Robbe shaft!! They are bullet proof and are more than worth the money! I've had my Robbe shaft on my dynatron for about 7 years and it's awesome!!

I agree with above. I have had a k&s (krap & slips.!! Lol) they are cheap but as said you get what you pay for. I now use the sulivan and it rocks!!

lol dave, ive been using a makita drill for god knows how long (too long)
this starter has been a long time coming!
The lads are just gonna have to find something else to take the **** out of now lol!
