Fairly gusty in Surrey which certainly challenged my novice skills with the 120sr. Full back on the elevator and she was still going forward!! Managed half a battery before finishing up inside.

At least it wasn't freezing though.

I flew 2 packs through he 700e. It is big, and flybarless, so handles the wind quite well considering. It wasn't a huge amount of fun, but enjoyable nevertheless.

Managed a "flight" with the powered rotary garden equipment that was about as close as got, I did however get almost all of the remaining jobs done on my 700FBL which I hope to maiden possibly later today.

I flew my gaui 200 in the garden yesterday once the drizzle stopped but it was almost uncontrolable. I was going to fly my Logo on friday in 45mph gusts but i changed my mind lol. As it wouldn't have been 'fun' as i do any thing in that wind exept surf the wind. Ash had a vid on youtube a few years back of him seeing if his Trex600 would fly in tree bending winds. He managed to really chuck it around with ease.

Today was good flying weather over here, contrary to the forecast, but there's no Monday flying at my field.

Wednesday is forecast as a possible but I can feel a bug/flu coming on. Rats!!! I hope I get away with it and it passes me by. I've had the jab but it doesn't stop everything.
