Humm try counting to 10 Aidi's post was misguided to say the least but responding withe profanity is no excuse , I know its so hard when you have done your best the post was about Parcel force not you so don't turn it in to one about you

With all due respect I dont want to turn this into a post about me, Aidi did that when he identified me as the cause of the problem. Not by name but after Dogbiscuits post on Wednesday people know he bought that 500 from me and I couldnt have done anything more to make sure he got it today and thats why I'm wound up by his comments.
Yes I could have done it without profanity and I will edit my post but dont take that as a sign that I've calmed down cause I'm still ****** angry!

Yea a pretty bad day cause I spent most of it either arguing in the post office or on hold to Parcelforce.
Its probably cost me more in lost time at work trying to sort out the problem than I sold the heli for. On reflection it would have been more financialy beneficial for me to have just put it in the bin! But I dont like letting people down. I'll take any critisism square on the chin if I deserve it but if Aidi isnt in possesion of all the facts and doesnt want a row then why is he commenting?

I'm based just outside heathrow we are an office based company so don't drive around all day doing multi drops (sorry to the people pm-ing me about multi drop jobs) apart from lodging courier material to airlines etc

I've never used Parcel Force as Royal Mail's Special Delivery service has never failed me yet. Seems more to me like the post office staff cocked up?

Just one of those things I guess.

Also, many people assume that Royal Mail's Special Delivery service is expensive when it really isn't. You can send a parcel upto 10kg's insured for £1000 and it will cost £22.50. A pretty good price for guaranteed next day delivery by 1pm.
