  • Is it wrong to want more helis?

OK so I've not even flown my TT360 yet ( my first heli ) as I'm not booked in for setup and next lesson at flyinfish until the 13th. But I've just seen Mark Lanes 700n up for sale and I have to say I'm tempted. Is it wrong to think about buying another heli so soon?

Same problem here. I bought a 600n a few months ago which I have not yet flown as I also need some Flyinfish help and since then I have bought a MCX2 and a Blade 120sr. And still not a day passes when I don't consider buying another, perhaps a 250 or 400....

I've got an MSR too, love flying that around the conservatory ( not allowed to fly it in the lounge as apparently it's too noisy. )

Thing is I know I'm going to get a nitro eventually, and a 700 sounds nice

The problem is that it never stops. I find myself wanting all sorts of heli's, but I honestly don't know why, you can only fly one heli at a time. I have already started collecting bits for a new heli that is really not needed, but all logic says don't get one.

However that 700 does look good, it won't be around for long at that price for sure.
Life's a bitch and then you fly!!

                      It IS wrong.

One heli is enough for anyone.

Oh and my logo 600se and 11x is arriving tomorrow

Anything you buy now is going to be completely outdated in three years.
                        If it lives that long.
                        Which is kind of unlikely.
Still want to buy more helis?

                        it's kind of convenient, though:
throw the wreck into the car
                        grab another heli
                        continue flying...

I don't think it's wrong to want more helis...but your wallet might argue otherwise. I seem to dribble at almost anything with a rotary blade...the fan really isn't impressed!

I hate to break the bad news to you, but it is probably a safe bet that you won't be allowed to fly the 700 in the lounge either

Or anything else. Are there any silent helis? Ok some helis r small, but so are houseflies and they r bloody annoying ( houseflies, not helis)

After all, I remember Airwolf had a silent feature...so did Bluethunder if I remember correctly.

Ummm...I think I'm giving away my age here....
