Strip gearbox tail gear on 550E

I have a problem with my tail gear box gear getting strip the first time was when i was in forward fligh and(well i though)the tail gain was to high so i turned it down and change the gear but today it happen again but this time it happen on spool up and there was a little tail in the rudder and just when i was about to come off the groung the gear strip again.

so my question is has anyone else been having the same problem with stripping tail gear box gear




And for some good news i maiden my 700n beast x today and it went smooth first flight with the heli so i had to break the engine in but apart from running rich she was sweet stabble as ever and feels great

sorry cant help but ive not had that problem with my 550 which is also using beastx, ??????????????????? someone did say to me b4 make sure i dont push the shalf in hard, move it out a very little bit so its not tight??????????? dont no if that will help u, other thing i was told was to make sure the bearing in the boom was as is in the manual??????????????? spot on ????????? again im sort of new to this so i hope it might help u???????? let me no if u find out wot it was, Ronnie
