Power supply for Lipo IMAX Balance Charger

Just wondering if this is sufficint enought to power the charging unit stated in the title The output volts are 12v @ max 25VA, i am not fully sure what VA is but i am thinking its too much?

This will give a max of just over 2 amps - VA is volts x amps, so 25VA divided by 12volts gives just over 2 amps.
