well my work area is my living room i have a small folding table the i use ans when i need to work on the helis i wait till the wife is sleeping or working and then do my thing lol other wise she wont let me

I have a workshop in my extension..... the extension is on the back of the garage.

One thing that is an absolute must, if you have the space, is a workbench that sticks out from the wall, rather than goes along the wall. That way you can open the blades up to spin them around when you are setting up and can easily work on both sides of the heli without moving it.

Jeebus Nick you are one keen enthusiast in this hobby and I raise my hat to you.

That "Erm" room / workshop is amazing with some fantastic models in there. Looks great.

Also a little off topic in this thread you Nick get hundreds of flying hours in........ almost as many as me. and it shows in your video's.

Thats my old boys hangar,like steves,built on the back of the garage.Dads been flying planks for 50 years and what he has now is 1/2 of what used to be in there

Dad started with a small shed when i was knee high,then a bigger one and now the hangar for the last 25 odd years...theres a 32"tv and hifi stack in there as well,nothing fancy,just old tech
