i will speek with owner sunday nite..and get the ball rolling his end,
so i just ask the council..and tell them what im doing in the feild.easy.

should i invole bmfa.?@ this stage.?..or wait for planning .

    just remembered we have a
BMFA INSTUCTOR in the family..im emailing as i speek,
BMFA we found useless or sorry one good bit of advice don't answer the phone or speak to newspapers once you apply because they will RING you. Do NOT talk to them period.

Council want it all done right talk them before hand they'll stop you because there busy bodies and interfere etc...

Ask what they need for planning permsion and rember your non-profit so you'll be able to get it cheaper as well.

Dont forget I am happy to help you with discussions with/application to the Council. Having worked for a LA in your local area for the last 18 years I know how they think and what they are looking for . You need do your homework before discussing anything.

Okay looks smart and the Tree's will hide all the engine noise as well,

how do you get access from the bottom or top of the field?

Wait I see it the bottom left right?

You should be able to get a something like a steel container next to the hedge line for storage and to get out of the winter winds...
