Remember this quote ? didn't exactly help defend his cause when so many of us had praise for HH. Just because some people got a bit nasty, the rest of us should not be labelled as being nasty ? most of us thought his comment was offensive & out of order, & most posts related to excellant service given by HH. This is an open forum, what ever you post may invoke a reaction.
Although i don't agree with publically offensive comments against another, if you make what some may consider offensive remarks you leave yourself wide open to criticism. And to run away, closing your account in protest or as an act of sympathy maybe ? doesn't achieve much either.
